The compostable square plates from Green Paper Products can also be composted in many commercial composting facilities. Facilities may not exist in your area, please check with your local composting center to see if they are accepted.

Square paper plates that are made of compostable materials, such as sugarcane bagasse or PLA from corn can be composted in a commercial facility if they meet the requirement of ASTM D6400 or D6868. Our compostable square plates are certified compostable by the Biodegradable Products Institute for commercial composting.
