GREEN PAPER PRODUCTS GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Green Paper Products, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The giveaway begins on Tuesday, July 9th, and ends on July 12th, 2024, at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time.
All entries must be received within the specified Entry Period to be eligible.

Participants can enter by subscribing to our SMS newsletter list.
Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

The prize for the giveaway includes [2] Bose SoundLink Flex Bluetooth Speakers. Retail value of $149.00 each.
The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.
Green Paper Products reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The drawing will be conducted on or about Saturday, July 13th by Green Paper Products, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
The winner will be notified via SMS and/or email within 5 business days following the drawing.
The winner must respond within five business days of the notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Green Paper Products, which are final and binding in all respects.
Green Paper Products reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Green Paper Products is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Green Paper Products and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the giveaway and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
Green Paper Products is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or any other events that may affect the entry or operation of the giveaway.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Green Paper Products website.
The winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

The giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

The sponsor of the giveaway is Green Paper Products, located at 225 Alpha Park, Highland Heights, Ohio 44143.

Green Paper Products reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if it becomes necessary to do so due to any reason beyond Green Paper Products' control.
