By completing a purchase, customer agrees to the following:
Products sold by Green Paper Products are either identified as commercially compostable or recyclable. Please be aware that access to commercial composting and/or recycling facilities are not available in all communities and may not be available in your area. Furthermore, not all commercial composting facilities accept compostable foodservice ware.
Customers are responsible for verifying the availability of commercial composting and/or recycling services locally.
It's important to note that disposing of compostable products in landfills or the environment will prevent them from breaking down as intended. Similarly, recyclable materials need to be processed in suitable recycling facilities to be transformed into new products. By acknowledging this disclaimer, you confirm your understanding of these conditions and acknowledge that appropriate composting and/or recycling facilities may not be available in your area for the disposal of the products being purchased.

California Residents: CCPA Notification
PFAS Notification: PFAS, or Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, are additives used in some products to help resist oil and water. While most products sold by Green Paper Products are made without added PFAS, some molded fiber products are still produced with PFAS. Currently, New York, California, Washington, Minnesota, Vermont, Connecticut, Colorado, Maryland, Hawaii, Maine, Oregon and Rhode Island prohibit the shipment of items made with added PFAS to those states. If you are a resident of one of these states and order one or more of these items, we will put your order on hold and we will contact you to help you find a suitable, approved replacement product. We understand that this will cause frustration and inconvenience, however, we are committed to abiding by these regulations.
