These clear Compostable Clamshells are Crystal clear in design, made in the USA, durable, crush-resistant, and stackable. These containers are made from sustainable and annually renewable plant-based Polylactic Acid (PLA), a bio-resin made from corn starch. This multi-purpose compostable food container will keep your goodies secure and protected from mischievous fingers. It is sealed with a Simply Secure™ safety tab, keeping your dessert safe until it is ready to be eaten. These sustainable dessert containers, made from compostable materials, work great for microgreens, single-serve treats, small chocolates, fudge, and more! To top it off, it's made from plant-based materials and free of nasty chemicals! They are made with good-natured TFF02000 bio-based material, per ASTM D6866 testing. Per ASTM D6400, this product is BPI® and CMA-certified compostable to compost within 180 days in a commercial compost facility, where accepted.
