These sugarcane clamshells can be used for hot or cold food, including subs, other types of sandwiches, entrees, small salads, and more.  These are great for To-Go Orders!  The perfect white clamshells for the needs and requirements of the food service industry that can be used in restaurants, catering, cafes, or at home. They are certified compostable by BPI® (Biodegradable Products Institute) to compost within 180 days in a commercial compost facility, where facilities are available.
