They are a clear, corn-based plastic that works well for cold deli food, grocery counters, cafes, and more. Better yet, these disposable snack container lids are Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI®) Certified Compostable to compost within 180 days in a commercial composting facility. They are perfect deli container lids for the needs and requirements of the food service industry as well as the individual consumer who is concerned about sustainability!
