These World Centric® compostable 8x8x3" clear-hinged clamshell containers are made from PLA, a polymer made from plants. They are suitable for cold foods and are freezer-safe. They are a perfect 46 oz food container for sandwiches, salads, fruit, veggies, desserts, and more. These sustainable clamshells, made from compostable materials, are Commercially Compostable to compost within 180 days in a commercial compost facility, which may not exist in your area. A great cold food container for take-out food!
